Timber

The Western Red Cedar we use is British Columbian No.2 clear and better with a maximum 15% mix of No.4 clear, all handpicked to provide you with the best finish and result possible. This product is not only attractive and desirable but smells incredible also. 

Timber preservative

Osmo UV-Protection Oil 420 Extra is furnished with active ingredients to protect the coating against mould, algae and fungal attack. It’s a microporous, penetrating finish which does not crack, peel or flake and delays natural greying 12 x better than bare wood. 

Windows and Doors

Our windows and doors are A++ rated and manufactured by one of Europe’s leading brands, we offer Deceuninck Windows and Doors in both UPVc or an upgrade to Aluminium. Deceuninck Group is one of the top 2 manufacturers of window systems and building products and is active in 91 countries.  
Deceuninck focuses on sustainable building with products which are developed and produced to have a service life of more than 50 years and following this, can be fully recycled, and reused.  

Roof

The EPDM rubber membrane we use for our roofs is also manufactured by another industry leader, all our roofs have Firestone “RubberCover” as standard so you can be safe in the knowledge that once completed your roof will require little attention for years to come. “RubberCover” EPDM membranes offer unmatched resistance to UV radiation, ozone, alkaline rains and high or low temperatures. Recent studies show that the membrane has a life expectancy of more than 50 years, even when exposed to sunlight.  

Windows and Doors 
Aluminium has in recent years become a stylish addition to lots of homes but why let it be restricted to your house, we have options of windows and doors, sliding doors, French doors, and even bi-folding doors in a premium aluminium and available in any colour imaginable. 

Cladding 
Whilst Western Red Cedar is among one of the most desirable and durable materials for exterior cladding at present, we often get asked for something with even less maintenance. We are pleased to be able to offer several other cladding options from Millboard Envello Board & Batten range, Cedral Fibre Cement cladding, and lots of composite options. Not to mention an array of other timber options such as Siberian Larch, Thermowood, and even Charred cladding known as Yakisugi or Shou Sugi Ban.

Heating 
We are pleased to be able to offer another industry leaders product in supplying Herschel Infrared panel heaters. Manufactured in Germany this range of heater is extremely energy efficient using 100% of the energy they produce which creates almost no loss in heat transfer. They are very cost effective to run and unlike conventional heaters they heat the objects in the room as opposed to heating the air. 

Lighting 
Among a few of the lighting options available we’re pleased to be able to bring you a choice of conventional wide angle spotlight which come as standard. We can upgrade this option to surface mounted panel lights, led strip lighting or even plastered in led strip channels to ceiling or wall surfaces leaving a completely smooth ceiling or wall. Airconditioning 
We’re able to offer you some of the latest options in heating and cooling your Garden Room despite what the British weather might throw at us. We deal with several of the UK’s top suppliers of premium air-conditioning units to further maximise your comfort.

Flooring 
As standard all our Garden Rooms come with a choice of laminate flooring, we can however offer lots of other options from Luxury Vinyl flooring to Engineered Oak. Feel free to ask us to see samples.

Entertainment package 
We have a number of options available with our bespoke entertainment package ranging from Bose Virtually Invisible 791 ceiling speakers, Bose, Sonos or Bang and Olufsen amplifiers (to name but a few), Alexa, wall mounted televisions, surround sound, soundbars, and Cat6 Wi-Fi complete with boosters.

Decking and Verandas 
We’re able to offer a range of decking options from virtually maintenance free premium Millboard Enhanced Grain decking on a composite or aluminium subframe to beautiful Yellow Balau Hardwood decking as well as composite and more traditional softwood decking.
